In as many ways i have been guided through healing my own trauma, i have also gathered tools to share in guiding others onward in their own path to lightness. My extensive knowledge in various modalities including Energetic Healing, Yoga, Tantra, Plant medicine and healing herbs gives me access to a range of modalities of which i can use to inspire my unique creations and offerings.
These offerings and creations take the shape of bringing ceremony and ritual to community, hosting and facilitating various explorations into conscious sensuality/sexuality, leading various types of meditations and offering one on one Energetic Healing sessions. Most of which are held in my personal Temple space which i call Heart Center, located in Montreal.
I believe everyone has the vastness of the Universe within themselves and i delight in seeing us all dive further into our greatest potential and unlocking more of our sensuality which i believe is the key to opening to our inherent Power.
I am proud to have been one of the organizers who brought Touch&Play to Canada for the first time last summer, and excited to be offering this intensive to you!

We are each as unique as snowflakes, this is true. And i believe that our uniqueness is just as varied as the way we choose to relate to others and even to our own selves.
How deeply rooted are we into our own Truths?
What do we want to create as our nests?
How do we show up in Tribe, community?
Let’s dive into asking these questions, together. Let’s dive into what it means for you to be authentic and true to yourself, what it means to show up fully in relation to those closest to you, and the importance of feeling a sense of belonging with others, having a clear sense of knowing your place in the world.
We will explore these questions using experiential exercises including forms of authentic relating, performance art, and somatic explorations.
I will draw on various energetic healing modalities, meditations, tantric practices to help in accessing the subtle realms, allowing for the possibility of touching on blocks and edges that may be keeping us stuck in familiar patterns and giving us a chance to soften our gaze toward them.
In a playful, sensual, space of acceptance of all that is, we will touch on places that can hold hidden gems, by exploring topics such as self-love and the love of our bodies, our relationship to death, the virgin/slut archetypes, distinguishing our own needs versus society’s expectations and more!
